By using Pixus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Pixus is provided as a free, client-side application.

You retain full ownership of the designs, images, and projects you create with Pixus. Because everything runs locally, Pixus does not host, store, or transmit your content.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pixus to create or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
4. No warranty
Pixus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and export is best-effort.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixus and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for backing up your own projects.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixus after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
